Your happiness is our most important priority. If after 90 days of working with any one of our elixirs you are not happy with it, send the empty bottles back for a full refund of your order, minus shipping and handling.
To initiate a refund for your order or if your order arrives damaged, you need to call our Customer Service Line at (866) 973-6336 or contact us via our Customer Service Email: email@example.com to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us the item back to and we will refund you the shipping and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us.
- All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
- All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.
- All returns must be made by the original purchaser.
If you wish to Change, Cancel or Return your order, there will be a 18% additional restocking fee on the total of your order. If you wish to Return your order you must pay shipping and return shipping charges.
Other Reasons for a Refund:
- Defective product
- Product does not match advertising
- Received incorrect product
- Unhappy with Product for ANY Reason
Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only.
There are no cash refunds.
